• What do I need to rent a car?

  To rent a vehicle, you’ll generally need:

• What is included in the rental price?

• Can I rent a vehicle for several weeks or months?

  Absolutely. We offer flexible long-term car rental options for both personal and business customers. Long-term rentals often provide better value than daily rates.

• Do you offer business and corporate vehicle hire?

  Yes. We provide flexible business vehicle hire for companies, contractors, and organisations requiring temporary or ongoing transport. Corporate accounts are also available.

• Can I add an additional driver?

  Yes. Additional drivers can usually be added to your rental agreement, provided they meet our driver requirements and present a valid driver’s licence.

• Is insurance included?

  Standard insurance cover is included with every rental. Optional excess reduction products are also available to reduce your financial responsibility in the event of damage.

• What happens if the vehicle breaks down?

  Our vehicles are regularly serviced and maintained to minimise the risk of breakdowns. If you experience a mechanical issue, contact us immediately and we will assist you with roadside support or arrange an appropriate solution.

• Can I take the rental vehicle interstate?

  Interstate travel may be permitted depending on the rental agreement and destination. Please let us know your travel plans when booking so we can confirm any conditions.

• Is smoking allowed in the vehicles?

  No. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside any of our vehicles. Cleaning fees may apply if this policy is breached.

• Are pets allowed?

  Pets may be permitted in selected vehicles with prior approval. Please contact us before your booking so we can recommend a suitable vehicle and explain any cleaning requirements.

• What happens if I return the vehicle late?

  Late returns may incur additional rental charges. If you think you’ll be delayed, contact us as soon as possible so we can assist where possible.

• What fuel policy do you use?

  Vehicles should generally be returned with the same fuel level as when collected. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, refuelling charges may apply.

• What if I receive a traffic fine or toll?

  The renter is responsible for any traffic infringements, toll charges, parking fines, or other penalties incurred during the rental period.

• Can I cancel or change my booking?

  Yes. Booking changes and cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy. Contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
